How to change details in PAN?

Your PAN should contain current and valid information. So in case of any changes in your details like communication address, middle name or surname etc. you need to submit a request for change or correction in PAN data so that the Income Tax Department’s database is updated with current details.

What should I do if my date of birth is wrongly printed in PAN card?

You need to apply for correction in PAN along with submission of valid proof of date of birth.

I have lost my PAN card. How do I get a duplicate PAN?

What to do if I have two different PANs in my name?

A person can not hold more than one PAN. If a PAN is already allocated to a person then he cannot apply for obtaining another PAN.
